Free Delivery is for customers located in approximately 8 km around our store.
Same Day Delivery will be for only local orders received daily by 4:00 pm.
Orders received after 4:00 pm will be processed the following day.
Deliveries start daily from 12:30 pm. We deliver 7 days a week.
Orders may subjected to handling fee.
Free Store Pickup is also available.
Please be advised that due to the ongoing situation regarding the CoronaVirus (COVID-19), we are taking extra precautions to ensure your safety and ours. Currently, demand in our warehouse is exceptionally high and you may experience longer delivery times than our standard. You may also see that some products are not available or are taking longer than usual to be back in stock. We are making every effort to ensure the products you need are available, and we are working closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to meet your needs and to get your order out as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
* In order to increase service level, we offer customers with faster processing time and more shipping options. All shipments will be carried by our delivery partners.
* The billing and shipping information must be the same for all orders. If there is any issues with orders placed, an agent will contact you to resolve it.
* This shipping offer may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.
* Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the driver. The driver is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 1 business day for packages to be delivered before the driver considers it a lost package.
* We are not responsible for any parcel returned to us due to a typing error in the shipping address, unless the order was placed by one of our agents.
* Locations that are not considered to be local, will have limitations on certain products purchased. These limitations include items such as poultry, fish, certain meat products, dairy products and certain fresh produce.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed for online orders.

Guide to Claims
1- any claim(s) for missing items must be made within 24hrs after receiving your order.
2- there are no returns or exchanges due to any concerns over quality. All of the items in your shopping cart were carefully hand-picked by our specially trained staff who ensure you’re getting the absolute best products in any case. Your products are again double checked when getting packaged by a quality control supervisor before being shipped out to you.
3- If for any reason, you receive a product that is expired, or past the ‘best before date’, you must make the claim within 24hrs after receiving your order by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to include your order # , and contact information. Alternatively, you can call the main line at: 416-221-7558 and press 5 or 7.
4- if you made a mistake in your order by picking the wrong item, we are not responsible for exchanging or accepting to returning it.
