You may also see that some products are not available or are taking longer than usual to be back in stock. We are making every effort to ensure the products you need are available, and we are working closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to meet your needs and to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please note that due to COVID-19, our drivers are restricted in bringing your orders right to your doorstep if you reside in a condominium.
Our drivers will contact you upon delivery and have your orders dropped at concierge desk or at security.

Shipping Notes

• In order to increase service level, we offer customers with faster processing time and more shipping options. All shipments will be carried by our delivery partners.
• The billing and shipping information must be the same for all orders. If there is any issues with orders placed, an agent will contact you to resolve it.
• This shipping offer may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.
• Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the driver. The driver is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 1 business day for packages to be delivered before the driver considers it a lost package.
• We are not responsible for any parcel returned to us due to a typing error in the shipping address, unless the order was placed by one of our agents.
