PLACING AN ORDER

All dollar amounts on the website are in Canadian dollars.

By completing the checkout and submitting an order through our website, you are agreeing to pay, in full, the prices of the items selected and all applicable taxes, either by credit card or another permitted payment method.

In order to complete an order, you may be required to provide certain additional information that is required to process your order. If you do not complete or improperly complete your order, it may not be accepted or acknowledged. We reserve the right to change the permitted methods of payment at any time.

During the authorization process when you submit your order, your card is validated and must have enough available funds for the transaction to be approved. Upon approval, the order will be prepared for delivery. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, we reserve the right to charge such amount directly to the credit card as provided by you at the time you submitted your order. You are responsible and liable for any fees, including legal costs and collection costs, that we may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.

Once your order is submitted online, it will be placed in the queue in priority sequence. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed you cannot add or delete items.

Orders must have a minimum value of $50 and any order that does not meet this requirement will not be processed.

The material on the website is owned or licensed by Super Khorak Inc. and is intended to be viewed by users in Canada & US only. As the website is business and commercial site, access to the website is not intended for use and may not be legally accessed by persons under the age of sixteen (16) years old.

Super Khorak Inc. makes no claim that the information located on the website is appropriate for or may be downloaded legally by users from outside of Ontario.

Subject to Super Khorak Inc. In cases where we custom-cut or select variable weight items (such as certain meats or produce or other items priced by weight (ie, kg/grams), the per-item price you see on the website is estimated based on the weight you select on the website. The final price of these items will be based on the same price per weight indicated on the website when you completed your checkout and submitted your order, but the final price is determined once we have prepared and weighed your order, and will appear on the invoice at the time of the delivery. For such products, the prices you pay are always based on the actual final weight of your products. If you are not satisfied with the final price and weight, you have the right to remove the product from your order.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Super Khorak Inc. disclaims any and all warranties and conditions - express or otherwise - for, nor shall Super Khorak Inc. be held responsible for the quality of, any merchandise displayed on the website.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
